Adding more templates

Write a small spec file for the new video: its approximate artwork corners on the first frame, the frame's shape (2:3, 3:4…), and whether the camera moves.
Run python3 tools/build_template.py spec.json --register for a video, or python3 tools/build_photo_template.py spec.json --register for a still photo. It writes a folder under templates/.
Upload the new folder and the updated templates/index.json with the site. The app needs no changes.
